KEIR signs SAR 25.2M contract for employee housing in NEOM’s Sindalah

KEIR International Co. signed, on Jan. 15, a SAR 25.18 million contract with Arail Construction & Industrial Co. Ltd. to construct housing facilities for non-administrative employees in Sindalah-NEOM.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, KEIR said the contract duration is six months from the signing date.

 

The contract involves the manufacturing, supply, and installation of facilities using advanced construction methods and high specifications, including housing units and supporting buildings.

 

The financial impact is expected to appear in the second half of 2024, the statement said, adding there are no related parties to the contract
