One of Almoosa Health Group hospitals
Almoosa Health Group, a Saudi healthcare services provider, is planning to float its shares on the Saudi exchange this year, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
The firm picked Saudi Fransi Capital to advise on the potential share sale, the sources said, noting that details of the offering are still preliminary and may change.
The company started with the main hospital, which was established in 1996 as the first private hospital in Al-Ahsa region, followed by the South Tower, then the North Tower that was opened at the end of 2021. The company operates with a capacity of 750 beds, according to the group’s website.
