ProMedEx shareholders approve 28.5% cash dividend for H1 2023

Professional Medical Expertise Co.’s (ProMedEx) shareholders approved the board’s proposal to pay a cash dividend at 28.5% of capital, or SAR 2.85 a share, for H1 2023.

 

The approval was made during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 7, according to a filing to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board to distribute semi-annual interim dividends for 2023.

 

They also greenlit amending Article 4 of the company's Bylaws related to the company's business, through adding the activity of maintaining medical devices and supplies, and the activity of installing radiological and medical equipment and devices.
