Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. said that Mohammed Al Ammari has resigned from his position as Chairman on Jan. 7 for personal reasons and will continue as a non-executive board member.

 

The resignation is effective from the submission date, and the board will announce the appointments to the board of directors after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

On Nov. 17, 2022, the company obtained the approval of the Saudi Central Bank to appoint Mohammad Al-Ammari (non-executive member) as Chairman.
