SARCO announces resignation of board Chairman

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced the resignation of Prince Mohammed Al Saud (non-executive) as Chairman and member of the board, as well as associated committees. 

 

The resignation effective today, Jan. 3, is based on personal reasons, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
