Munawla Cargo inks deal with Sipchem to provide transport services

Munawla Cargo Co. signed a three-year contract with Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) to provide transportation services across Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries for three years, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract term began on Jan. 1, 2024, and will continue until Dec. 31, 2026.

 

The company added that the value could not be determined as the contract is operational and depends on the volume of work.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear as of Q2 2024, the statement added.
