TAM inks SAR 4.4M contract with Diriyah Gate

TAM Development Co. signed a contract with Diriyah Gate Co. at value of SAR 4.4 million including VAT to provide strategy consulting services.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract’s effective date is Nov. 26, 2023; however, it was signed by both parties on Jan. 1, 2024, with a validity of six months.

 

Financial impact to materialize starting from Q1 2024, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included.
