KnowledgeNet Co.'s board of directors approved today, Jan. 1, the proposal of CEO and Managing Director, Mohammad Attiya, as regards the restructuring of top management, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board approved the resignation of Attiya from his position as CEO starting from today. Attiya will retain his position as Managing Director and continue his supervision duties at the company and its subsidiaries as well as the management of mergers, acquisitions, and new partnerships, if any.
The board also approved promoting Fahad Al-Eidy as the company's CEO as of today.
The firm added that the resignation came as Attiya aimed to devote himself to his duties as Managing Director, as well as follow-up on the company and its subsidiaries' performance, in addition to the management of mergers, acquisitions, and new partnerships, if any.
