Academy of Learning’s board forms executive committee

Academy of Learning Co.’s board of directors approved, on Dec. 28, the formation of the executive committee commencing from the date of the decision until the end of the current term on June 15, 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The committee includes, Khalid Al-Ammar as Chairman, in addition to Mohammed Al-Ajlan and Nasser Al Zamil as members.
