REGA calls on property owners in 48 districts to register

Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority (REGA) requested property owners to register their properties in 48 districts across Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah from Dec. 24 until March 28, 2024.  

  

The first phase of registration will take place on the Real Estate Registry (RER) e-platform, with owners of both residential and commercial properties submitting a registration form along with the related documents. 

 

This is the third phase, which includes 46 districts in Riyadh, one in Dammam, and one in Madinah, with over 368,600 real estate properties across the three cities. 

 

The real estate registration offices are gearing up to register these properties via the e-platform or the service centers across the three cities, according to a statement by REGA.
