Paper Home Co.'s shareholders green lit electing board members for the four-year term ending Dec. 23, 2027, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The election was during the ordinary general meeting held on Dec. 21.

 

The elected members are Yakoub Yousef Al-Maghrabi, Faisal Yakoub Al-Maghrabi, Ammar Yakoub Al-Maghrabi, Abdulmohsen Al Sudairy, and Abdullah Alfraih.
