NADEC pays rights issue holders’ compensations

National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) paid on Dec. 11 the compensation amounts to the rights issue holders who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to new shares.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the total compensation for eligible fractions and rights issue holders amounted to SAR 372.73 million.

 

Some compensation amounts were not transferred to eligible shareholders, on lack of sufficient information on their account numbers.

 

NADEC was also unable to transfer compensations to eligible stock-certificate holders, the statement added.
