The Ministry of Housing’s partnership with the private real estate developers (Shrakat) led to more than 160,000 residential units with total investments of SAR 100 billion, Abdullah AlBudair, Vice Minister at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, told CNBC Arabia.

 

The ministry will continue efforts to provide more than 300,000 housing units until 2025, said AlBudair on the sidelines of the Global Leadership Summit (GLS2023), adding that it continuously addresses the challenges that may hinder partnerships with the private sector.
