Al Rajhi Holding plans to transfers ownership in ACWA Power

ACWA Power received on Dec. 7 a letter from Al Rajhi Holding Group, one of the company’s major shareholders, stating that it intends to reorganize the internal structure. 

  

ACWA Power’s shares owned by Al Rajhi Holding Group will be transferred to investment portfolios of companies owned by Al Rajhi Holding’s shareholders pro rata, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

  

Accordingly, the list of major direct shareholders in ACWA Power will change. 

  

Al Rajhi Holding Group owns 11.205% of ACWA Power.
