Lana Medical to debut on Nomu on Dec. 6

Lana Medical Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Dec. 6 under the symbol 9587 and ISIN code SA15TGFKLPH6.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, Tadawul said in a statement today, Dec. 4.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Lana Medical into the accounts of eligible shareholders on Dec. 3.

 

Lana earlier floated 720,000 shares on Nomu, representing 20% of the company’s post-IPO capital, or 24% of its pre-IPO capital. Shares were offered at SAR 31 apiece. 

 

The offering, which closed on Nov. 16, was 117.17% oversubscribed.
