Buruj names Bader Alghunaim as Acting CEO for six months

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors approved on Nov. 29 appointing Bader Alghunaim as Acting CEO, in addition to his current duties for a period of six months effective on Dec. 4, 2023, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

Alghunaim has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance field. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from King Saud University and has many professional certificates in the financial field.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Alghunaim is currently the insurer's CFO.

 

Buruj's board of directors approved, on Nov. 26, CEO Abdulrahman Al Dokheel’s resignation, effective as of Nov. 30.
