Arabia Insurance names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.'s (AICC) board of directors approved on Nov. 30 appointing Abdulaziz Al Omair as Chairman and Muneer Mouasher as Vice Chairman for the three-year term ending on April 5, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The board accepted on Oct. 31 the resignation of Abdulaziz Al Qahtani from his position as chairman and board member. The resignation was tendered due to Al Qahtani’s duties and work engagements with several companies inside and outside the Kingdom, according to data available with Argaam.
