iOud inks product supply contract with Lagate Foodstuff

Intelligent Oud Co. (iOud) signed yesterday, Nov. 15, a contract with Lagate Foodstuff Co. for product supply, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract’s value depends on the volume as well as the value of the goods provided to Lagate during the term of the contract.

 

iOud's product portfolio, which includes coffee, incense, and fresheners, will be distributed across the Kingdom's 105 Lagate existing and under-construction branches, which will boost the company’s foothold.

 

The company will likely supply products to Lagate in Q4 2023, and the relevant financial impact is expected to appear in Q4 2023 and H1 2024, with no related parties included in this deal.
