Dur delivers luxurious residential complex in Riyadh, starts operations

Dur Hospitality Co.'s luxurious residential complex project in Riyadh, Darraq Al Hada, entered the operational phase after receiving the construction certificate.

This project aligns with the company's expansion strategy for developing high-quality residential and hospitality projects. It also reflects the increasing demand for luxurious residential complexes in Riyadh, in line with efforts to enhance the quality of life in the Kingdom as part of the objectives of Vision 2030, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

The expected positive financial impact of this project will start in the fourth quarter of 2023, the statement added.

The Darraq Al Hada luxury residential complex is distinguished by its strategic location near the diplomatic quarter and includes 75 fully furnished and equipped villas that reflect elegance and an upscale lifestyle.

The complex also enjoys complete privacy and modern technology that makes it a smart complex, and the complex also contains entertainment and sports facilities.

In December 2021, Dur inked a SAR 82.5 million contract with Almarshad Contracting Co. to construct a luxurious residential compound in Riyadh, according to data compiled by Argaam.
