Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded an open-ended framework agreement to provide administrative, strategic, technical, and legal consulting services by the Ministry of Investment for the information technology consulting track, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The agreement will run for four years, with an annual limit of SAR 500 million, the company said.
2P expects the contract to be signed on Dec. 25, 2023, stating that the related financial impact will be defined upon the contract signing. There are no related parties to the deal.
The project aims to provide the necessary advisory support for strategic requirements and business development, to ensure the achievement of the ministry's targets for the third track, which are:
-Providing consultancy, technical, and support services in the field of collecting published data on information sources websites (structured and unstructured data) and using robotic process automation (RPA) techniques, to prepare economic, investment, and sectoral reports and studies upon request.
-Providing consultancy, programming, technical solutions, and digital transformation services to the Ministry's departments, which include technical systems to track the tasks and responsibilities of initiative owners, cloud computing subscription services, SAP consultancy services, building interactive dashboards, providing software development and support services, and providing guidance, counseling, and training services in the field of information technology.
-Supporting the Ministry in conducting a technical analysis of the systems and devices offered for projects, and ensuring that the offers cover all needs and the best technical devices and programs. Assistance is also required in studying and evaluating the prices offered and the possibility of obtaining more discounts.
-Supporting the review of new technical agreements and contracts from a technical perspective and ensuring that they serve the Ministry's interests from a technical/technical perspective.
-Monitoring the implementation of existing technical projects and evaluating them to keep pace with the Ministry's goals and aspirations.
-Governance of closing technical projects.
-Supporting the ministry with the best technical practices and the latest programs, to benefit technically from future projects and deploy them in the best way.
-Informing decision-makers in the ministry of the expected costs of annual support for signed programs and contracts, and ensuring that the Ministry has obtained the appropriate price and according to the best packages that suit the Ministry's needs.
-Identifying the technical licenses that the ministry owns, ensuring that they are used in the best way, and recommending amendments to the quantities of licenses to match the ministry's actual needs.
-Supporting the ministry in providing technical and technical advice regarding technical studies and research, new technical trends and changes that the ministry must take to obtain the best systems and programs.
-Supporting the ministry in raising the level of information security, analyzing and reducing expected security risks.
-Expert consultations (Analyst Inquiries)
-Supporting the ministry in evaluating technical suppliers.
