Saudi Ground Services says board member resigns

Saudi Ground Services Co.’s (SGS) board of directors accepted, on Oct. 29, the resignation of non-executive board member Con Korfiatis. In a statement to Tadawul, SGS clarified that Korfiatis resigned for personal reasons.
