2P wins SAR 47.2 mln project by Ministry of Hajj and Umrah

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services (2P) was awarded, on Oct. 26, a project to operate information technology services at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah at a total value of SAR 47.22 million, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).  

The contract is expected to be signed on Dec. 20, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. There are no related parties included in the deal. 

The project includes technical project management, operating and managing the ministry’s databases, servers and operational systems of all types, VMware virtual machines, information security, internal and external networks, unified communications system, electronic fax and low current systems, the external and internal portals, Microsoft applications, email, and smart devices, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). 

In addition, 2P will focus on the analytical reports to monitor performance and make decisions, manage the digital transformation process, implement quality policies, and operate, support and develop systems and applications. 

The company indicated that projects worth SAR 2.1 billion, inclusive of VAT, are under implementation.
