Meyar signs contract with German firm to purchase concrete equipment worth SAR 3.3 mln

Meyar Co. signed on Oct. 18 a contract with Germany’s Schwing-Stetter Co. to purchase concrete equipment worth SAR 3.3 million (approximately €830,000).

 

The contract was awarded to Schwing-Stetter as the best financial and technical offer of the rest of the offers submitted to the company, Meyar said today, Oct. 22, in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The deal included the purchase of two Mercedes trucks, model 2023, with a concrete pump, model S43 SX III.

 

The statement indicated that the financial impact and its operations will begin to appear in 2024, noting that there are no related parties.
