PIF plans to issue USD-denominated sukuk: Report

Public Investment Fund (PIF) assigned banks to arrange the issuance of two tranches of USD-denominated sukuk, Reuters reported, citing a document.

 

The planned issuance will include five-year and 10-year sukuk, taking into account market conditions, the news agency added.

 

Citibank, HSBC, JP Morgan and Standard Chartered Bank were appointed as joint global coordinators and joint active bookrunners, to organize a series of conference calls for fixed income investors starting today, Oct. 16.
