Fad issues IPO prospectus to offer 240,000 shares on Nomu

Fad International Co. issued today, Oct. 12, its prospectus to float 240,000 shares, or 20% of its SAR 12 million capital (divided into 1.2 million shares), in an initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on June 5, the company’s application for this offering.

 

Fad's activities, according to its commercial register, include wholesale and retail sales of women's clothing, fabrics, bags, shoes, accessories, leather products, perfumes, and cosmetics.

 

Qualified investors can subscribe to the share sale between Nov. 1-7.
