International oil rig count falls in September: Baker Hughes

The international rig count decreased by 28 units month-on-month (MoM) in September to 1,760, data from energy services firm Baker Hughes showed.

 

The oil rigs in the Middle East fell two units MoM to 327 but rose 19 year-on-year (YoY).

 

The international oil and gas rig count, except for the US and Canada, decreased by 12 units MoM to 940.
