Maharah receives Shariah evaluation report for Q2 2023

Maharah Human Resources Co. announced that it received a Shariah evaluation report from Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The report notes that the company’s business activities during the second quarter of 2023 are compliant with the required Shariah standards and guidelines.

SRB was appointed as the Shariah advisor for Maharah to study the compliance of the company’s business activities in line with the Shariah guidelines and standards issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), in addition to other Shariah guidelines and standards mentioned in the report.

The bureau will also provide the necessary consultation to help Maharah continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Shariah advisor to the company.
