Edaa applies Al-Babtain capital hike to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.'s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Oct. 3, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

On Sept. 28, the company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital via a one-for-two bonus share distribution through capitalizing SAR 213.2 million from the retained earnings, according to data available with Argaam.
