Atlas Elevators to debut on Nomu on Oct. 4

Atlas Elevators General Trading & Contracting Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Oct. 4, under the symbol 9578 and ISIN code SA15SGBKLL10.

 

Shares will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement today, Oct. 2.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today Atlas Elevators’ subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities holders.

 

In September, Atlas Elevators completed the offering of 1.2 million ordinary shares, or 20% of its capital, priced at SAR 23 each, on Nomu, with a coverage ratio of 495.07%, according to Argaam's data.
