Munawla adds refrigerated transport business to current activities

Munawla Cargo Co. announced introducing the refrigerated transport business to its current activities. The new business line will help Munawla transport medicines and chilled foods.

 

The company expects to commence the project establishment on Oct. 1 at an investment cost of SAR 1 million in the first phase. The project will be financed by the company’s resources, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Trial operations are set to begin on Dec. 31, 2023.

 

A positive financial impact is expected to appear in the first quarter of 2024, the company said, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
