Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, hopes that the Cabinet's approval of the law on selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects, as well as other real estate legislations, will help boost investor confidence in the Saudi real estate sector.
Al Hogail said in a tweet on X, formerly known as Twitter, that this law also aims to create promising investment opportunities for real estate establishments and contribute to the sustainability of real estate development activity, in addition to creating job opportunities in the sector.
The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, approved on Sept. 19, a law on selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects, according to data available with Argaam.
