Mulkia Investment offering on Nomu to kick off on Oct. 22

Mulkia Investment Co. will sell 1.3 million ordinary shares, or 20% of capital, in an initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market from Oct. 22-30, AlJazira Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the offering, said in a Tadawul statement today, Sept. 17. 

 

On June 6, Mulkia Investment obtained Tadawul’s approval on its listing application, before being ratified by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on June 21.

 

Mulkia Investment is a Saudi closed joint stock company with a share capital of SAR 65 million. Headquartered in Riyadh, the company conducts its business pursuant to the laws and regulations issued by the CMA in Saudi Arabia.

 

Licensed by the CMA in November 2013, Mulkia Investment commenced business in April 2014. It operates in the securities business including trading and arranging of securities, custody securities, investment management, operation of funds and advisory services.

 

This is in addition to the provision of various financial and investment services in the field of asset management, corporate finance, financial consulting and research. Mulkia Investment does not have any controlling shareholders.

 

Mulkia Investment is the fund manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate Fund.
