Rawasi Albina reappoints Marzouq Al-Otaibi as Chairman, Salman Al-Jedaie as Vice-Chairman

Rawasi Albina Investment Co.’s board of directors appointed Marzouq Al-Otaibi as Chairman, and Salman Al-Jedaie as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Mohsen Al-Otaibi was named Managing Director, and an audit committee was also formed.

 

The board of directors also appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in addition to the board’s Secretary.

 

The appointments will be effective as of Sept. 13, 2023, until end of term on Sept. 12, 2026.
