Care says Jeddah hospital includes 150 beds, 2 clinics

National Medical Care Co. (Care) unveiled additional information as regards the proposed acquisition of Chronic Care Specialized Medical Hospital in Jeddah.

 

The hospital is located in Al-Bagdadiyah Al-Gharbiyah in Jeddah, with a bed capacity of 150, two clinics and a staff of 293. The covered area spans 13,852 square meters, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The hospital operations started in November 2017.

 

Care signed on Sept. 8 an agreement with Saudi Medical Care Group (SMG) to purchase the entire ownership of Chronic Care Specialized Medical Hospital in Jeddah. The deal is valued at SAR 193.2 million and is subject to customary purchase price adjustments in light of the completion accounts mechanism under the agreement.
