Banan Real Estate Co. (Banan) rescheduled its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to Oct. 8, and added new items to the meeting’s agenda, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The new items included approving a number of deals and contracts that Banan concluded with other companies, where board members have indirect interests.
