Al-Jouf Agricultural board recommends stock par value reduction to SAR 1

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s board of directors recommended, on Sept. 5, reducing the stock nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Accordingly, the company’s share capital will increase from 30 million to 300 million shares. 

 

Any new developments will be duly revealed, the statement said.
