United Mining Industries issues prospectus for 12.5% IPO on Nomu

United Mining Industries Co. issued today, Sept. 3, its prospectus to float 1.75 million shares, or 12.5% of its SAR 140 million capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The share sale will run from Sept. 26 to Oct. 2 for qualified investors.


The offering will be confined to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).


United Mining Industries was established in 2006 in Jeddah as a closed joint stock company.

 

The company's core activity is represented in the manufacture of gypsum boards, gypsum powder, cement boards and false ceilings.

 

The CMA approved, in June, the application submitted by the company to register and offer 1.75 million shares, or 12.5% of its capital, on Nomu.
