The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Sumou Real Estate Co. will be suspended for a maximum of five trading sessions starting from Sept. 4 to complete the transfer procedures from Nomu-Parallel Market to the main market (TASI).

In a statement, Tadawul said that it will disclose the listing and trading date in the main market as soon as the procedures are completed.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Sumou filed in May for the transition with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Tadawul has recently approved Sumou's request to transfer from Nomu to the main market.

The firm published the transfer document and set Sept. 10 as the last date of the trading suspension on the share.

Sumou was listed on Nomu on May 11, 2020.
