Amiantit-SISCO associate bags SAR 34.5 mln project from NWC

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), which is equally owned by Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (Amiantit) and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO), was awarded a SAR 34.5 million project by the National Water Co. (NWC).

 

In separate statements to Tadawul, Amiantit and SISCO said Tawzea will operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants in the cities of Dammam and AlKhobar.

 

The relevant financial impact of the 18-month project will reflect on the financial statements in Q4 2023.

 

The company will announce any future developments in this regard at the due time, the statement added.
