Oil drilling rigs

The international rig count fell by 32 units month-on-month (MoM) in August to 1,788, data from energy services firm Baker Hughes showed.

 

The number of oil rigs in the Middle East declined by five units MoM but rose 21 year-on-year (YoY) to 329.

 

The international oil and gas rig count, except for the US and Canada, decreased by nine units MoM to 952.
