TAM wins 2 consulting services contracts worth SAR 16.3 mln

TAM Development Co. was awarded two contracts totaling SAR 16.3 million, inclusive of VAT, to provide consulting services for the Ministry of Tourism and the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST).

 

In two separate statements, TAM said a SAR 3.27 million contract was sealed with the Ministry of Tourism to provide consulting services and develop a framework for distinguished service providers in the sector.

 

The contract is valid for five months, TAM added, expecting the relevant financial impact to show in Q4 2023 and Q1 2024.

 

The CST contract is valued at SAR 12.98 million, under which TAM will provide the necessary consulting services and digital solutions for the ministry.

 

There are no related parties to both deals, TAM added.
