TAM signs SAR 29 mln contract with Film Commission

TAM Development Co. signed a 24-month contract with the Saudi Film Commission on August 24 for a total of SAR 28.97 million (VAT included).

 

The contract aims to provide consulting services and digital solutions necessary for designing and implementing a project for the Film Commission, TAM said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The company expected the contract’s financial impact to appear as of Q4 2023. There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added. 

 

The letter of acceptance was issued and the contract signing date was set on April 29, while the signed version from both parties was received on Aug. 24.
