Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders approved amending Article 3 of its bylaw pertaining to the company's objectives.

 

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 23, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The amendment aimed to add new clauses to the company’s purposes, including mobile broadband, fintech solutions, military software, cybersecurity, and blockchain technologies, the statement added.
