Tibbiyah’s unit signs SAR 25.9 mln contract with NUPCO

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co. (FMS), signed a contract worth SAR 25.9 million with National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) for the purchase, supply, and installation of medical devices.

 

The contract is related to a tender for supplying general medical devices, as stipulated in the terms of the contract, according to a statement to Tadawul

 

The contract has a term of 141 calendar days from the date of award issuance or signoff by both parties, whichever is earlier. 

 

The financial impact on the company’s financial results will appear in H2 2023, the statement added. 

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tibbiyah announced in July that FMS received three purchase orders (POs) as part of a purchase and supply contract worth SAR 25.9 million with NUPCO.
