Sure Global Tech Co. signed today, Aug. 20, a contract worth SAR 10 million (VAT inclusive) with the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) for the committee management system project, according to a Tadawul statement.
The project entails the designing and development of an integrated system in collaboration with the Etimad platform — an e-portal endorsed by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and addressed to government bodies to provide online financial services, to effectively manage activities related to processing requests from various committees.
This includes opening and verifying bids, conducting technical evaluations, assessing qualifications, addressing grievances, facilitating direct purchases, managing violations, conducting auctions, and monitoring auction prices.
The system aims to enhance the participation of applicants, while ensuring utmost transparency among committees. It will provide a seamless transition between different stages and activities, facilitating ease of tracking throughout the process.
Additionally, the system will equip decision makers with valuable tools, such as comprehensive reports, statistics, and key performance indicators, to support them in making informed decisions, Sure stated.
According to Sure, the project will be executed over 36 months, divided into six months for implementation, and 30 months for support.
The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on Sure's financial statements in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received, said the company, noting that there are no related parties.
