Cenomi Retail shareholders elect board members for new term

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Cenomi Retail) shareholders approved to elect board members for the next three-year term starting on Aug. 12, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting held on Aug.11.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the elected members are Abdul Majeed Alhokair, Fawaz Alhokair, Abdulmajid Albasri, Ahmad Al-Sheikh, Ahmed Alsultan, Abdul Rahman Al Anqari, Mansoor Al Ajlan, Bandar bin Suleiman Al-Ghafis, and Ahmad Shaheen.
