Dar Almarkabah sets Nomu IPO price range at SAR 33-40/share

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. set the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market between SAR 33 and SAR 40 per share, Watheeq Capital, the financial advisor, said in a statement to Tadawul.

The book-building process for qualified investors will run from Aug. 13-17.

The company plans to float 500,000 ordinary shares, or 20% of its issued capital after top-up, on Nomu, Argaam’s data showed.
