Equipment House reappoints Basel Al-Arifi as Chairman, Barakat Al-Arifi as CEO

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co.'s board of directors reappointed Basel Al-Arifi as Chairman and Bandar Al-Arifi as Vice Chairman. 

In addition, Barakat Al-Arifi was reappointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

The board also named Ali Saghir as board secretary and appointed the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). 

Moreover, the board formed the remuneration and nominations as well as the risk management committees. 

The board’s decisions are effective as of the start of the board's new three-year term on July 31, 2023 through July 30, 2026.
