Arabian Pipes inks SAR 302 mln contract with Saudi Aramco

Arabian Pipes Co. signed today, Aug. 8, a contract worth nearly SAR 302 million with Saudi Aramco to supply the latter with steel pipes the company announced in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The contract is valid for 11 months, Arabian Pipes added.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear on Q1 and Q2 2024 financials. There are no related parties to the deal, the pipe manufacturer added.
