Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds increased by SAR 2.4 billion month-on-month (MoM) to SAR 530.7 billion in June, new data from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) showed.
Also, investments rose by SAR 20.4 billion in the first half of 2023.
Meanwhile SAMA’s assets fell by SAR 40 billion to reach SAR 1.83 trillion in June.
